I've worked in a day care for a while and have learned lots about kids of all ages! I have worked with 6-month-olds babies all the way up to 12-year-olds. I'm good at understand different parenting styles and adapting to them so that the kids see us as a team. I prefer getting kids off their devices and becoming more active!
