About Lexie

Hi families! I am a 23-year-old living on the east side of Los Angeles. I recently graduated from UCLA where I studied Psychology and Gender Studies. I currently work at a produce market because I love food and the social interfacing that comes with the job. I have years of childcare experience working with a range of children from newborn stage up through high school. I nannied consistently for a few families in high school and worked with one family here in Los Angeles last winter. I also took several relevant psychology courses in college that are relevant to child development, childcare, etc. I took a hiatus from childcare to pursue a different opportunity last year but am again looking to find something part-time that is a good fit for both of us. I am relatively flexible in terms of what kind of work I can do, from a more casual relationship with a kid that needs companionship and entertainment, to a more specific tutoring or goal/skill-oriented program.
