About Levi

I have 6 years of experience working with children. The majority of my experience has been working with special needs children, specifically those with significant behavioral support needs. My experience working in rehabilitative programs has given me valuable skills in conflict resolution, compassionate accountability, safety planning, and rapport building. Kids become who we tell them they are, and I believe strongly that there are no bad kids. I would describe myself as steady, reliable, kind, passionate, and silly. In my previous roles, I had the privilege to witness how transformative play can be. These experiences taught me how to be silly, to build long-lasting rapport with kids. Kids have described me as trustworthy, fun, and a safe person to tell "big things" to. With my current focus being on my education, I'm seeking a role where I can continue to support and work with children, while maintaining flexibility needed for my classes.
