About Leticia

I like working with kids because I get to help nurture and teach them the ways of life. I'm a big discipline and respect person so I love to gently teach them how to respect themselves and other people and to treat people the way they would want to be treated. I also love kids honesty and their unpredictability lol plus they are adorable. I'm looking for a job where there will be respect, consideration and the most important one trust, and also have an open communication. I started working with kids 3 years ago, I've worked with kids from 3months to 12 years old. I was also an au pair for a year and a half. In my spare time, I like to go swimming, watch movies or just relax at home. One thing you should know about me is that I'm soft spoken, very respectful and also go above about beyond for people. My skills include compassion, time management and conflict resolution.
