I've been a childcare provider for over 6 years. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can thrive and reach their full potential. It's really fulfilling to see their growth and to be a part of their learning and development. Every day is different, which keeps things interesting, and I love how much energy they bring. Of course, like any job, there are challenges, but the rewarding moments make it all worth it. I believe every child is unique, and I enjoy tailoring my care to their individual needs and interests. Whether it's coming up with creative activities, encouraging their curiosity, or sticking to established routines, I'm committed to supporting their growth and well-being. I'm fluent in English and Portuguese, which helps me connect with families from different backgrounds. I also value clear communication with parents and make it a priority to keep them updated and involved in their child's day-to-day.
