Lesslie worked with our family for the past eight months, providing exceptional care for our baby, I. We first worked with Lesslie when I was four months old, as part of a nanny share with another baby of the same age. From the start, Lesslie demonstrated a deep understanding of infant care and was calm and confident in her approach to taking care of the two girls. She was flexible with our feeding needs as I struggled to take the bottle, working with me to make nursing work during the day in a way that was possible for my work schedule. Later on, we worked with Lesslie as the sole nanny for I. In both the nanny share and individual nanny situations, Lesslie was adept at engaging I as she developed, including supporting her baby-led weaning journey into solid food, learning to roll, crawl, and walk, and babble. Lesslie was an effective communicator when it came to her availability, and we found her to be flexible with our scheduling needs. Lesslie’s genuine affection for I was clear, and it was evident that she truly enjoyed her time with our daughter. This bond fostered a sense of security and trust in I, making the transition periods as smooth as possible. I have no reservations in recommending Lesslie for a nanny position.
