We interviewed Leslie, and she seemed great for our role. It was right before the holidays and we agreed to have her start two weeks later. I followed up a week before she was scheduled to start by texting her to confirm we were still all set for the following week. I didn't get a response so followed up with a phone call and another text the day before she was set to start. That was 3 days ago and I still haven't gotten a response. From our initial conversation, I feel like Leslie, has potential to be a good caregiver, but for us at least she was not reliable and didn't communicate after the initial texts and calls to set up the interview.
