I have been babysitting since I was 16 years old, almost 10 years, I work in a dental/pediatric office full time and also worked for an agency in Pleasanton CA as a respite provider for multiple families with special needs children for almost 6 years now but I was referred to the agency by a family who has a son with cerebral palsy that I have watched since he was a new born (almost 7 years now). I have great references in hand as well!
