Hi! My name is Leslie, I am looking to join a new family. Ideally one that has kids with special needs why would you ask? Well because I know what it's like (I have one too) I know the struggles that come along with it and I know how hard it is to find a nanny or a caregiver therefore I have dedicated the last seven years of my life trying to understand most if not a lot of kids with special needs. The last family I was with for 10 years the young girl had autism and ADHD. Leslie is a fantastic, dependable, loving, responsible, honest, experienced nanny. She took care of my two children for almost 10 years, from ages 5 and 7 to 15 and 17. Leslie brings significant child rearing and child care experience to her work. Her positive attitude makes the kids love her and a wonderful person to work with as a parent. She is 100% honest and trustworthy. Leslie is always punctual and a great communicator and planner. My kids have had their various challenges including one child who has mild ADHD and mild-ASD and a learning difference. Leslie was wonderful in supporting my kids in their schoolwork / homework (helping them do the work, while making sure they got their assignments done), especially during the COVID home schooling year. I am so thankful that Leslie worked with our family and would give her the highest recommendation to any family looking for a nanny.
