I have cared for special needs individuals since age 13 where I was a volunteer at a local nursing home from age 13 to 16 and also worked in an Alternative Education School. I have cared for all ages over the years with Dementia, Parkinson's Disease, Cancer, Diabetes, Muscular Dystrophy, End of life stages, Emotional Disabilities, ADD, ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Troubled youth with special needs, Learning disabled, and Drug and Alcohol addicted individuals. I have done teaching, tutoring, some Art Therapy, light cleaning, errand running, transportation to doctor's appointments, laundry, and cooking. I am currently renewing my clearances and have been trained in CPR and education of those with the above listed disorders.
