I have took care care kids since I was 12 years old so I had to grow up pretty fast but I have a little cousin so sadly passed away from a seizure in her sleep she had down syndrome and I had to learn how to work with her and help her communicate better with me. I taught her the patience and to not get stressed out with things she can't do but I always reassured her that I was there for her at all times.
