Hello! I am passionate about working with children and always have been. I have 20+ years experience. The last few years I have cared for a family of five girls ages 11, 9, 7, and twin 3-year-olds. Prior to that, I spent seven years working as a Montessori teacher and am certified at two levels. I love doing arts and crafts, having dance parties, going on hikes, playing outside, going to the pool, building forts, and cooking food with children. I have experience with children of all ages as well as children with disabilities and learning differences. I am also a professional organizer. I have helped many families declutter, as well as find beauty and function in their spaces again. I'd love to join your clan and help however I can. I am currently living in MD but am relocating to Monterey county, CA in January 2023.

We had the privilege of working with Leslie during the month of July while our family was vacationing in Carmel. Leslie was always on time and ready to engage with our kids (ages 3.5 and 1.5). She would play fun games, walk them to town for treats, do arts and crafts.... our kids absolutely adored her and my husband and I were at ease knowing our little ones were in such experienced hands. We really could not ask for a more genuinely caring, confident, and trustworthy caregiver for our kids, and anyone that hires Leslie would be so incredibly lucky to have her!
