Whether it's a quick update over the phone or a detailed conversation at pickup, I'm always happy to share how their child's day went. And if any issues arise, I address them promptly and work together with parents to find solutions. Enforcing household rules is essential for a harmonious environment, and I'm very comfortable taking charge in this aspect.
