My name is Leo and I'm looking for special needs caregiving work. I have 11 years experience working with kids with special needs, specifically high schoolers and kids with high behavioral needs (autism, non-verbal, etc). I've been a TA with Plano ISD for 11 years in the special education department. I'm a "big guy" in the department so they tend to send the more difficult kids my way. I can share about past kids that I have provided long-term care for. I'm looking for a job that will provide structure, support and companionship to special needs children and elderly adults while providing respite care for families so they have the opportunity to get away and have a much-needed break when they need it.
