Leona was friendly and professional and listened carefully as I explained the work I wanted done. I had a Must Be Done list, a If You Have Time left list, and then an additional My Dream Cleaning list which I felt there was no way she would have time to get to it, and it wasn’t a normal housecleaning task. She breezed through all of my “lists” including the unenviable one! She was fine with my big hairy dog in the house as she worked. I was impressed with her thoroughness, speed, and a positive, can-do attitude. I recommend her, and I plan on calling on her back even though I don’t have a big family event. I give her two thumbs up!
