About Lenka

I have more than 15 years of experience working with children from newborn to 12 years old. I have worked with children full time, part time, and as live in nanny as well. I have always enjoyed my job and the opportunity to make positive change in children's lives. My goal is to create safe and healthy environment that helps children develop their skills, and support child's interest in art, music, reading or sports. I believe creating positive environment helps creating a happy child. I am an outdoor person. I like hiking, swimming, playing volleyball, bike riding, playing guitar, but most of all, I love reading stories to young children and singing songs to them. My 4 year study in early childhood education helped me learn how to interact and understand children's development and their needs from early age. Currently I am finishing my study online - Early childhood development. I decided to become certified preschool teacher, because I believe continuous education is not only great way to learn more about children but also keep up with newest trends and studies in early childhood development.
