As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing young minds and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. With four years of experience, I've learned that patience, creativity, and a sense of humor go a long way in connecting with children. My background in retail has instilled in me the importance of empathy and understanding, which I bring to my interactions with both children and parents. I believe in open communication and work closely with parents to ensure their child's needs are met. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience with a range of games and activities that promote learning and development, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. In addition to my experience, I have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework and hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm proficient in both English and Spanish.
