With 5 years of experience in senior care, I began my journey caring for my grandmother with dementia, which gave me a deep understanding of the unique needs of aging individuals. As a certified nursing assistant (CNA), I provide high-quality care in daily activities like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support. My expertise includes assisting those with Alzheimer's, and mobility challenges, while fostering an environment of patience, respect, and clear communication. I value building strong, trusting relationships with both seniors and their families, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and cared for. My goal is to enhance quality of life through personalized care, companionship, and emotional support. Outside of caregiving, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling, which enriches my perspective on human connection and empathy.
