I'm known for being patient and calm, always working to create a warm and welcoming environment for the children in my care. I believe in keeping open communication with parents, offering verbal updates at pickup and keeping them informed through text or phone calls, depending on their preference. When it comes to enforcing rules, I make sure to stay in line with what parents want, ensuring consistency and a peaceful environment.
