I'd describe my personality as intentional, light-hearted, & calm. I like working with kids because they see the world with such different eyes than I do. They are enthusiastic about things that I've maybe stopped noticing & being a safe space where they can learn about themselves & the world around them is such a privilege. I started working with kids at 14. I was a ESL volunteer for elementary students a few times a week. I'm pursuing a Psychology Pre-Med degree. I've worked as a full time nanny for a family of 4 under 4 as well as for middle schoolers. I've had experience with newborns to high schoolers & am comfortable with everything in between! In my spare time, I like to read, run & workout, spend time outdoors & drink a LOT of coffee with friends. Compassion is a foundation of my child care because I understand children think differently from the way I do and need compassionate & reliable caregivers to shape a childhood they thrive in.
