About Leilani

Hi there! My name is Leilanie, I'm from Gilbert Arizona and moved to Utah about three years ago. I have a passion for children in the autism spectrum. I have spent the majority of the last two years working at an therapy center as an RBT. At this job I spent time in a support position, stepping in for staff when crisis behaviors occurred and de-escalating the child. I have never used harmful restraints or disciplinary action but, coping skills and behavior reinforcement strategies. One thing you should know about me is I have you child's best interest at heart. I have patience for meltdowns, aggressive behavior, and much more. I will never raise my voice but instead, take the time to make it a learning opportunity for your child to use their voice and share their emotions.
