My journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my calling to positively impact young lives. I follow their preferred communication method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular text or phone call updates. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable maintaining a consistent and structured environment.
