About Leila

I am a former early childhood educator turned corporate benefits specialist who is passionate about child development, social-emotional growth, and embracing emergent learning opportunities. In my corporate role, I support new and expectant families by providing guidance around their benefits and resources related to prenatal classes, postpartum care, childcare options, medical care, local activities and more. While I love my day job, I miss my days in the classroom working with children directly to support their growth and development. I also miss getting to play, dance, and sing all day long and am passionate about making learning fun! In addition to my experience as a toddler and preschool teacher, I also worked in early intervention for a short time and have experience working with children with special care needs. I am hoping to connect with local families who are looking for a trustworthy, professional, experienced caregiver for as needed care weeknights and weekends.
