I would 10/10 recommend Leila to anyone looking for someone who is kind, caring and trustworthy to care for their child(ren). Leila started working with our son when he was 4 months old and just up until his first birthday for 15-20 hours per week to help me while I worked from home. It can be nerve-racking to bring a stranger into your home and trust them to be loving, caring and trustworthy with your baby - but I quickly learned that Leila is all of those things and more! Leila was with my son through many of his first year developmental milestones such as his first teeth, first solids, rolling over, sitting up, standing, crawling, etc. She adjusted to and accommodated his needs. She also safely helped us introduce him to baby-led weening when he first started solids. Leila always comes into our home with a happy and positive attitude and our son is always so happy to see her. It makes it so much easier to leave him with her knowing how happy she makes him. In additional to giving the best care to our son, she also gave the same love and care to our needy 8 year old mixed breed large dog. She was willing and able to dog sit for us when we were out of town. Our son is slated to start daycare after his first birthday, so we will sadly have to say goodbye to Leila for the part-time help that she has provided us, but we do plan to reach out to her for date nights and dog sitting in the future!
