Hi !!! My point of view is I am helping not working . I think just having a child sitting in front of a TV is not a good environment for a child . It is important to me for a child to be engaged in activities . I will follow all instructions provided. This is your child and how you want them to be raised is not my place to change . You as a parent is the most important aspect of your child's life . I have been a nanny for over 20 years . I have had a in home daycare for 4 years . I was a teacher for 2 years . I home schooled my son 2nd grade and 11 grade He is autistic and he has a speech impediment , so signing helped him communicate . I also home schooled my daughter 9-graduation . I am CPR certified. Arts and crafts and sign language are just a few things I can teach .
