About Leeann

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which led me to become a childcare provider. I currently work as a behavioral therapist with special needs children. I have been doing the job for 6 years and have loved every second of it. My personality traits, including patience, calmness, creativity, and friendliness, help me connect with children and create a positive atmosphere. I communicate effectively with parents through daily written reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone calls. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children to promote learning and cognitive development. I have completed some graduate school and have taken CPR training and First Aid. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and have experience with a wide range of age groups.
