I like working with kids because of their: - imagination - curiosity - funny things they say & do I enjoy being a good influence and being someone they can trust and turn to when they need comfort. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old. I babysat multiple children in my neighborhood ranging from the ages of 9 months to 11-12 years old. I'd describe my personality as positive, fun, and caring. In my spare time, I like to read, play pickle-ball, play the piano and sing, draw, play with my dog, and dance to music. I like to interact with children on their own level. Whether they want to play imaginary games, do a puzzle, play sports, or just relax, I am very willing to do what makes them comfortable with me so we can have a safe but fun environment. My skills include creating a nurturing environment by providing snacks/meals when needed, engaging in indoor/outdoor activities, and encouraging cooperation and consideration between siblings and the caretaker.
