About Leanne

Past & current experiences with children: Nanny experience with ages 2 months through 8 years old. Experience with multiples. Also a mom of 3 yr old who comes with me to work!. ABA Therapist for autistic children/teens for over 10 years, ranging from ages 2-18. Certified in CPR and First Aid. Knowledge of basic sign language. I also come from a huge family full of infants and kids that I am always around! Child development is important to me. I am currently in graduate school to become a play therapist for children. My style is child-led, rooted in empathy, compassion, and loving guidance! Philosophies I follow are Montessori, RIE, gentle/respectful parenting, attachment theory. Connection, trust, And empathy are at the core of how I interact with kids! I'm seeking to bring my gentle yet enthusiastic energy to a warm family & bring my child along.
