Hi my name is Leanna and it's a passion of mine still work with special-needs individuals I work in a special needs Day Care before and I loved it I had five individuals that I took care of on a daily basis we made positive changes and I worked with the behaviors well one positive change that I can say is that one of my highly autistic individuals had a urination problem and after working with her we cut down multiple accidents a week another individual that I had did not like to rotate through activities and he did not like eye contact or to be touched or to be spoke to and I got him to where he would rotate through activities and he wasn't so aggressive when spoke to and I got him to walk through the hallway instead of pushing a chair through the hallway and I got him to understand calm body language and calm speaking he was also nonverbal but he didn't understand when someone would talk to him other than that me and all the individuals in the facility would have fun all day.
