Partnering closely with parents on their preferred approach, I like to have a regular routine for days and tend to lean towards kid-led play. As an artist, I love to incorporate creative expression in daily life and as a loved of books, library visits and lots of reading have been a regular part of my routine with all of the families I have worked with. I believe kids thrive best when you find a good balance between structured routine, free play and care for self and others. My nannying style most aligns with concepts from books like The Whole-brain child, and I try to approach being a part of a household with dignity, respect, patience and lots of love. I love being outdoors, sewing, baking and cooking in my free time.

Leah is an incredible caregiver. She watched our four young children for 3 years and was a creative, kind, consistent role model for our kids. She is very creative and encouraged our kids to be the same, engaging them well with outdoor play, crafts, and other non screen related activities. She is very dependable and trustworthy, and I never had a doubt that my little ones were well cared for. She is a gem and any family that hires her is extremely blessed.
