I love taking care of people. I have been a caregiver all my life. I have/am raising my 8 children, provided care to my 14 nieces/nephews, 2 great nephew/nieces and now my first grandson. After taking care of my grandfather who suffered from Prostrate Cancer, my 96-year-old grandmother who had Alzheimer/Dementia, and my father during his battle with Pancreatic Cancer, I decided to be a caregiver as a profession. I always have enjoyed working with seniors, as a teenager I was a candy stripper at Alvarado Hospital. In my years of being a caregiver, I have worked with people that suffer from Dementia, Parkinson Disease, Stroke Victims, Cancer, COPD, High Blood Pressure and Depression. I do my best to help improve quality of life and treat everyone with respect. I always treat others the way I want my relatives to be treated.
