About Leah

I am 36 years old. The longest I have worked with one family is about 10 years. (This was not a nanny position, but Lots of babysitting for this family.) I started out working with one infant, then came his brother, then came another brother so, I have experience working with up to 3 children at a time and I have experience caring for infants, toddlers and older children. I've taken them in the car to go to the park or to T-ball. I can do household chores as well as care for 1-3 children. I have 3 excellent references, one of which is the family that I worked for 10 years. I was also a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide, but now I'm a Personal Care Assistant. I have also worked with a special needs child for a couple of years. When I'm not working with children, I work with seniors and people with disabilities. I also enjoy spending time with my fish, Finland. I love the outdoors and I enjoy biking outside and working out. I also spend time taking photographs outdoors, painting landscapes at my easel, sculpting with clay and knitting or counted cross stitch.
