About Leah

Hi! My names Leah! I love working with kids and I love animals. Some of my favorite things to do are go to the gym, dance, and be with my family and dogs. I have experience in all ages! But I have the most experience with kids with special needs. I have been around kids with special needs since middle school. During middle school I would take 2-3 days a week and go to the special ed room and eat with the kids and help them with school work. I did that until senior year of high school and then I was able to be a one on one and go to the middle school and work with them. After high school I knew I still wanted to work with kids with special needs so I decided to go to university of Cincinnati and my major is developmental and behavioral nursing and I love it so much. While I'm in college I have had multiple consistent family's some kids with autism, Down syndrome, and some with both. And I have been doing special needs nannying for around 2 years now and I love it more than anything!
