About Leah

Hi! I'm Leah! I am a Colorado native, and have lived in Littleton, Fort Collins (go rams!), Golden, and am moving to Colorado Springs for a 12 week clinical rotation for my Doctorate of Occupational Therapy Program! I am a certified nursing assistant, have training as a behavioral therapist, and am passionate about early intervention and infant development. I've worked with school programs, nannied for private families, been a summer camp counselor/director, a mentor for at-risk children, an advocate for children with disabilities, and an early intervention Occupational Therapy intern! I enjoy creating enriching and engaging environments for children of all ages to help boost their social-emotional and physical development. I have a patient and cooperative approach, but also implement boundaries and structure. Some of my previous families would say I am an excellent bottle-washer, exquisite snack maker, memorable crafter, tidy cleaner, excellent joke-teller, and avid communicator!
