I am passionate about the special needs community because I have met the most incredible people that deserve all the love and respect like everyone does. I have learned so much about strength and resilience through the people in this community. I have been trained and have 5+ years of experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) working together with families who have children on the Autism Spectrum to better understand the overwhelming behaviors and how to address them. I have experience working with adults with special needs for 2 years prior in a residential home. I worked directly with 10 individuals and was then promoted to a supervisor role, over seeing the residence.
