About Leah

My name is Leah , and I would love the opportunity to be considered for this position. Over the past four years, I have worked as a full-time, professional nanny, building on eight years of overall childcare experience. In that time, I've cared for children between the ages of 5 months and 7 years. To me, being a nanny is more than just a profession-it's a chance to be a positive influence during a child's formative years, helping them develop confidence and self-love. I enjoy creating routines that blend daily walks, outdoor play, and creative activities. With a BA in Studio Art and a love for gardening, I incorporate arts and crafts and spend time in nature as much as possible. I see every moment as an opportunity to teach little ones how the world works. I'm constantly expanding my knowledge of child psychology through reading and research. I focus on planning engaging, developmentally supportive activities that often draw from Montessori principles of hands-on learning.
