About Leah

Hello! I started caring for children over 20 years, ago. Luckily, I found the opportunity of caregiving as a passion at a young age. I recently was a Special Education Paraprofessional at a charter school. This was my 5th year working with special needs, and as a Substitute Teacher in long-term assignments with the Special Education departments in schools. One of my most meaningful careers, however, was nannying for a family of two children and their household. I’d describe my personality as warm, positive, and organized. I like working with kids because it's always been my passion. I’m looking for a job where I can create a warm, upbeat, and positive energy. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. In my spare time, I like to thrift, play board games, and sing. One thing you should know about me is I am very organized. My skills include warmth, safety, and playfulness.
