About Lea

My name is Lea. I am 26 and have had a passion for babysitting since 8th grade, when I attended the Red Cross Babysitting course including child CPR. My first job was watching two active boys ages 2 and 4. My babysitting services were in high demand throughout my high school years at Waldorf. I've worked for many families and my experience includes cooking, bathing, playing, teaching, putting children to bed, and driving them to activities. I love to guide children through art projects and creative play in much the same way that I experienced childhood at the Honolulu Waldorf schools. After years of babysitting, my skills and confidence in the well-being and safety of children have grown immensely. I have a passion for working with children's organizations and have spent 6 months working in orphanages in Peru and Costa Rica. I graduated from LIU in 2016 studying in different countries all fours years.
