Hi families, my name is Layla I have been in childcare for 2 years, I work at Brightpath Kids in WestHartford CT, currently I work with all ages from infants to preschoolers. I am CPR certified and EPI pen certified, also First Aid Certified. I enjoy helping out with a light cleaning, picking and dropping kids off for school, light grocery shopping etc. I also enjoy keeping the kids active and happy, doing activities outside & inside ! Especially art activities so we can show you parents how were enjoying our day and how happy we are while you guys are away working, date night, or even just time for yourself day !

Layla worked with our family for two months. During that time, she made questionable decisions—like driving her car while our toddler was outside—and left permanent paint on surfaces without telling us. She told us she had car trouble and would return, but then no-called, no-showed, and blocked our numbers. We had to explain to our son that she wasn’t coming back, which left him confused. Layla has a lot of growing up to do before she’s ready for this kind of 1:1 responsibility with a child.
