I love being around creativity and imagination, and feel a calling towards creating an atmosphere in which kids can grow and learn. I started working with kids when I was 16. I've been a babysitter, teachers assistant, daycare assistant, and older sister of three younger brothers ! In my spare time, I like to sew, paint, dance, go to museums, take my cat out for a walk, learn something new, start a home improvement project, write, and read. One thing you should know about me is I understand the importance of being a babysitter. My babysitter was a role model for me growing up, and she and I are still in touch. I take this responsibility very seriously, and feel honored to be able to do so.

I am so grateful to have found Layla! From the very first day, she has been absolutely wonderful with my child. She has been working with us intermittently for about a year now and we are so amazed at her continued kindness, flexibility, and commitment to her work.
