About Layci

Hi I'm Layci!! I'm a passionate person and very caring. I'm looking to create a nurturing environment for the development of children and have some experience caring for children with family members, from infants to preteens. I believe every child is unique, and I strive to create a safe and stimulating environment where they can learn, grow, and have fun. I'm creative and imaginative, and find coming up with new and engaging activities for the children in my care to be exciting. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I'll provide verbal updates at pickup and follow your preferred communication method to discuss your kiddo's day or any issues that arise. I respect the parent's household rules and follow their lead in enforcing them. I have my own car, am comfortable with pets, and am willing to help with light housekeeping and crafts.
