Lawanda was our Mom's caring companion and friend in Rehab and Dementia care for the last 2 years of her life. Anyone who's dealt with Dementia knows how important familiarity and consistency is - especially when levels of care and the staff need to change from time to time. Mostly thanks to her, we were able to take enough family respite time to help us deal with the situation, too. She was a top notch professional who truly became, and still is, one of the family.
