If you're looking for someone communicative, flexible and adaptive to the needs of your family, Nanny V is the answer. She is highly experienced and helped me short term when I was in a bind looking for care for my 4 year old son. I really valued her willingness to explore ways we can work on teaching my son some hard lessons, even offering solutions she has tried in the past to see what I think, helping me make the best decision for my son. The only issue we had was her being on time on a few occasions, but she owned her tardiness and apologized for it, which I appreciated. I especially reccomend her if you are a cautious parent like me and want the best possible care for your child. She answered all of my questions and came ready with her own, showing how much she genuinely cares.
