My name is Lauryn I'm 18 years old I graduated from McMinnville high school July 2023. I'm passionate about supporting families and providing reliable childcare that fosters a nurturing environment for your children. With over three years of experience caring for children ages 0-11, I'm committed to creating a safe space where your children can learn, grow, and have fun. My patient and calm nature allows me to handle challenging situations with ease, while my creativity and imagination keep the little ones engaged and entertained. I believe in open communication with parents daily reports and verbal updates and adapting to your preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a structured environment. Whether we're playing outdoor sports, engaging in board games, or exploring educational activities, my focus is making every moment a memorable one. I have my own license and my own car so I have reliable transportation to and from the job :)
