As an Assistant Shift Leader at a Montessori preschool, I played a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young learners. I supported the shift leader in overseeing daily operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children. I effectively communicated with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child's progress. In my role as a Nanny for two families over a year and a half, I had the privilege of making a positive impact on the lives of the children I cared for.
