Growing up my mom's friend's son was blind and autistic, so I've grown up helping him adjust to a world that wasn't built for him, we still keep in touch to this day. In high school, I always was involved with best buddies, which is a program where I got to hangout and help with neurodivergent friends. In the past year I've been working in ABA, which is behavioral therapy for autistic kids. I absolutely love it, I know you parents with autistic kiddos are absolute warriors, so I would love to be there to support you! In my private life, I volunteer a lot of my time abroad. I've been to Uganda, Africa multiple times where we are able to provide medical clinics to remote areas and schools, and there is a deaf community that I try my best integrate while there. I just got back from Jamaica volunteering at a children's home doing a plethora of things. You know your kiddo best, so I want to work with you!
