I offer gentle exercises for the body and mind for their health. My passion for seniors is to help them live life to the fullest with what they have to work with. My hobbies are gardening, photography, and reading.. I also took a class on dealing with dementia and other symptoms and the ways to help men and women deal with the symptoms better.
