I interviewed Laurie to care for my 2 month infant full time. It was a phone interview - she seemed very knowledgeable. Although she didn't have professional experience taking care of kids, she has grown kids of her own that she has raised and has also cared for her grand kids and friends children. She has a medical background which is also helpful. Although we ended up hiring another candidate that was a better fit, I would recommend interviewing Laurie for your nanny needs as she might be a good fit for another family.
