I am available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons. 2:00 p.m. - until evening. Time ending TBD as needed for client. I am able to help with personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing. Mobility assistance and ambulation. Assisting with medication. Household duties, changing bed linens, laundry and light cooking. Accompanying patients to doctor's visits. Grocery shopping or any errands needed. Maintaining care plan. Monitoring and recording patient information. Providing emotional and social support to patients and family members. Or just being there for your loved one to keep them company, so they don't feel alone or isolated. If they are able to go for a walk, or shopping or even to the movies or library. I would be more than happy to drive and accompany them. I have a fully insured AC vehicle. Or I can drive clients
