About Lauren

I have experience with many different ages. I began babysitting young, but I also have more long-term experience within my family and from classroom experience. I have spent a lot of time with babies and toddlers so feel well prepared with younger children, and in addition I have learned a lot about children around 5 or 6 from student teaching kindergarten at Pine Ridge Elementary. Nonetheless, I am looking to gain experience and improve myself throughout a position. I love spending time with kids by playing outside, playing games, doing arts and crafts, cooking or baking, and other engaging activities! At the same time, however, I know I have strong skills in being educational, authoritative, and fun with kids. I'm a full-time Grand Valley student currently balancing school, a full-time job, and supporting myself in Grand Rapids. I believe I am a great fit as a nanny and would love the opportunity to get to know your family so please let me know if you ever want to meet in person!
